 HEALTH COACHING Programs help you assess your fitness level, overcome barriers to personal success, and help you set priorities and goals.

Barb works as a health/fitness coach with individuals and groups to get them started and continue with fitness and strength training sessions. Time is spent assessing fitness levels, reviewing priorities/goals, and overcoming barriers to success. A customized program is developed to meet client needs.

Health coaching takes a holistic view of a person's lifestyle, fitness level, and goals to assess, plan, and provide resources for an overall fitness program including exercise, nutrition and stress management..

A challenging, progressive strength-training program can build muscles and increase strength in men and women of all ages. A conscious effort to strengthen muscles through exercise and a weight training program will help safeguard against injury.

Yoga  practiced consistently for flexibility and stress management can improve body awareness, concentration and focus.
