Optimal Lifestyles conducts seminars and
clinics on golf-fitness with a yoga component. Barb partners with golf
professionals who understand the importance of yoga & fitness for
golfers to lower the risk of injury, increase enjoyment of the
game, and improve performance. Stretching, strengthening and endurance
techniques are incorporated as part of a golf clinic. Barb has practiced
yoga for twelve years and utilizes a combination of yoga and strength
training in her golf game.

Yoga for Golfers
Yoga provides a mind-body connection
within the game of golf. Barb teaches how breathing and other
centering techniques can improve focus and concentration. Her instruction
emphasizes the importance of relaxation and long, loose muscles to improve
performance and hit the ball farther.
Golf Fitness
Barb provides seminars and hands
on demonstrations of fitness related activities. Topics include
exercise drills, nutrition and stress management all of which will enhance
your golf performance.
