Yoga Yoga is an ancient practice of meditative
exercise, which calms the body and enhances concentration. In
yoga, students learn how their mind and body work together. There
are different yoga styles to meet different needs. Optimal Lifestyles,
Inc. primarily teaches Hatha yoga, which combines fluid poses
with deep breathing. These techniques help to develop balance,
strength and relaxation.

Zumba "Ditch the workout and
join the party!" Zumba combines Latin rhythms
with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that
is fun and easy to follow. Zumba gets you moving to many popular
dance beats including salsa, merengue, rhumba, cumbia, and hip
hop to name a few. If you think you can't dance or "you can't

only evidence of "exercise" you'll have is your sweat-drenched
clothing! All fitness levels are welcome.
